Reflective Statement

Wow. That was amazing. I really do feel refreshed. I could feel my fingers getting warmer as I thought about the blood flowing to them as I was listening to the relaxation exercise. I think I've realized that no matter how busy I get during the week, listening to something like this once or twice a week could really help with my mental fatigue and stress I get. It will more than likely help with the headaches I've been getting recently. I think this goes along with a few of the discussion questions about the Olympic Mental Fitness and training the mind. I can see how this can work to anyone advantage.

  1. Hi, I wish I could have listened to the whole thing, I like yoga breathing practices they work the same for me. For some reason when they call it energy instead of "blood flow" I don't get queasy and can listen and relax.

  2. I had the same feeling "WOW". I was so relaxed and yet afterwards had so much energy. It made me feel great. I too plan to take the time to relax a few times per week also. Here's to relaxation!
